Established 2017, with 10 years of experience within the asbestos industry, we specialise in the safe removal and disposal of asbestos as well as maintenance works. Hertfordshire based, we cover London and the outer counties.

Asbestos surveys - We work alongside a UKAS accredited surveying company that will be able to assist you with either a basic management survey or a refurbishment and demolition survey.

Asbestos Testing Services - If you have concerns relating to any possible materials that contain asbestos, then we will visit the property and take a sample of the suspected material. This sample will then be taken to an independent UKAS accredited asbestos analytical laboratory where testing will be carried out. They will email us a report of their findings.

Asbestos management - Encapsulation - As part of our maintenance service, we can apply ET150 polymer emulsion to encapsulate any asbestos. This emulsion is easily applied and provides a durable and flexible, water resistant finish. ET150 is applied twice by either brush or spray and forms a flame-resistant finish and can therefore withstand a wide range of temperatures. Depending on the material, removing asbestos can be expensive so managing the material is an option.

Asbestos Waste management - Asbestos is extremely hazardous and therefore needs to be disposed of correctly in line with UK legislation and regulations. We hold a waste carriers licenced which is issued by Environmental Agency, this document is required so that we can transport the asbestos from one destination to the other. Waste consignment notes will be provided to reassure you that any asbestos waste that we removed from your property has been disposed of safely and legally at a designated asbestos waste transfer station.

Certification- Whichever service we provide you with, once we have completed the project we will always present you with either a certificate of: removal, encapsulation, collection or cleanliness.

Maintenance reports - If you require monthly of annual checks on any asbestos at your property then we can carry out a visit to check the condition of the asbestos with recommendations to either remove or manage which will be stated in the report that we will send you after.

We will carry out all works involving ACMs (Asbestos Contained Materials) correctly in accordance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. These regulations set the standards that should always be met to protect employees and members of the public from any risks related to asbestos.
