Our business was born through our sister company, HAYY Aparthotels, where we manage the maintenance and facilities for a portfolio of over 150 Airbnb and serviced accommodation properties.

Through working with landlords, letting agents, hotels, and local businesses, we recognised a growing need for a facilities company that genuinely cares about its clients and delivers a dependable, high-quality service.

That's how JAMS Facility Services came to life.
