Following a boiler service visit the previous week, Jamie identified a faulty thermostatic radiator valve that needed replacing. He returned the following week, drained the central heating, replaced the faulty valve, serviced the Magnaclean filter and refilled the central heating system, adding Fernox inhibitor. Jamie's work is of high quality, he offered constructive advice, he was on-time, leaving the work area clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

I called Jamie to undertake a service of my Valiant gas boiler and provide a homeowner gas safety certificate. Not only did Jamie arrive ahead of the appointment time, he was courteous, polite and professional. The work was carried out efficiently and professionally. I have no hesitation in recommending his services. Jamie also diagnosed a faulty thermostatic radiator valve, which has been booked in to replace in a separate visit.

Showed up on time. Was respectful of my new flooring. Worse boot gloves. Topped up water level in radiator system (I'd forgotten how to do this). Cleaned out magnetic filter, etc, etc. Pleased with the service. Highly recommended. (And he does service back boilers, in case you need one.)

The plumbers arrived punctually and worked extremely hard all day so that the boiler was up and running after only one day. (This was important to us as it was a freezing day!) They were very polite and tidy throughout. The controls for operating the boiler were explained clearly.
