Jim is just about the best decorator ive ever met. Hes now decorated my entire house from floor to ceiling including woodwork and wall paper. Attention to detail and finish are first rate. He can also help with colour choices and design schemes to really make your home look fabulous. Hes 100% reliable, trustworthy, super tidy and very friendly. And prices have been very competitive. Jim was recommended to us by several neighbours and friends and I’m very glad we went with the recommendation. We had our master bedroom, kitchen and living room decorated. The price was very reasonable, the standard of work was excellent and Jim was very pleasant to have in the house, he didn’t rush the job and didn’t leave until we were 100% happy. Great decorator- completely transformed my sons bedroom- re lining, painting and putting up a wall of mural wallpaper. James was happy to advise on colours when asked for opinions, checked in on what fitting holes were still needed/ needed to be filled, and generally had a good eye for detail. I have worked in Painting & Decorating for over 35 years, both in commercial and private sectors. I am fully qualified with a City & Guilds Craft certificate.
I take great pride in my work and with my experience I can advise clients on colour schemes, textures and finishes for internal decoration only.
I also have an excellent knowledge of interior design, having worked with accredited designers and builders. I have also worked within the film industry working on film sets within film studios.
My experience covers working in the commercial field, decorating restaurants, offices and shops.
The most important element of decorating for me is that my clients are happy with the finished result, you’re only as good as your last job. Please note I DO NOT DO EXTERIOR Work.
