Don't let them do any work without agreeing the price. They tried to charge me £607. My bank querid their bank info which is suspicious. I would not recommend them as a trustworthy company.

Came out very quickly and resolved the issue

Called me after posting job very quickly, advised call out charge of £25, then on arrival would assess job and advise. No mention it would be an emergency call out as it was not an emergency, I was looking to fix a simple leak from when my shower had been used. After locating issue and doing some grouting and a small amount of mastic, they advised as gone into the third hour it would be £600. After advising at no point had they discussed this with me about hourly charges, they agreed to reduce there hourly charge to what I assume he considered a reasonable £135 per hour plus call out charge.
