James fitted Crucial Trading carpet throughout the upstairs of our house and did a fantastic job. He invisibly seamed the carpet between rooms together, without the need for unslightly tread plates, and where one was necessary to join to the bathroom tiles, he did an excellent job making a wooden one for us that tied in perfectly with the woodwork and flooring. He went above and beyond to finish the job whilst we were on holiday and was always professional, friendly and reliable; a fantastic job all round and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

James and his colleague did a great job laying herringbone wood flooring in our living room. They worked a really long day but got the job done to time and price. Thank you James for your hard work - the new flooring looks great!

I recently had flooring laid in 3 bedrooms and vinyl installed in my bathroom. I was really pleased with the outcome. The carpet was of high quality, and the price for both carpet and installation was very reasonable. James was hardworking and really friendly throughout the process. I would highly recommend his service. A member of my family was so impressed with the work he did for me that she also used him for her kitchen floor.

James lifted the existing carpet and underlay, glueing acoustic cork/rubber underlay panels over the chipboard floor, and recovering with dense carpet underlay and replacing carpet, as well as taking door off and planing to fit. All work done quickly, efficiently and neatly.
