James recently installed a new Velux skylight window on my property as the old skylight was rotten, warped and over 30 years old. James came out and actually got on the roof and inspected the old skylight which the 2 other tradespeople did not do. Everything was explained in terms of what would be done and that installing a Velux would be most appropriate due to quality and longevity. James was friendly and kept in contact throughout ordering and installing process. Would use again and happy to recommend to others.

I really can’t fault James - he contacted me whilst he was on holiday, came to view the job immediately on his return & did the job the very next day. He explained very clearly about what needed to be done & the reasons why. He showed great attention to detail & did a really good, neat job, and left everything clean & tidy at the end. He’s also a really nice guy! Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
