James was responsive, came at a sensible time and there were no hidden costs. He was in the house for two days, explained what he was doing and left everywhere clean and tidy afterwards.

An excellent plumber, who arrived quickly to give a fair quote, arranged a date at our convenience to carry out the work and arrived on the time on the day. Did the work to a high standard and was very helpful

James was super quick in responding to my initial job request, and came out to look at it the following evening. Working full-time myself, this made things super convenient. He was punctual, honest and after discussing, decided a new tap was the best route to go. After a couple of days and me buying the tap I wanted, James returned in the evening again, and fitted the replacement. He also disposed of the old one for me. Overall, James was a very friendly guy, punctual, tidy and a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely recommend his services.
