  Arthur from JAM Electrical Services Ltd was brilliant from start to finish. He installed an outside plug and replaced our ensuite fan, and the whole experience was completely hassle‑free. His communication was clear, friendly, and timely, and the quality of his work was genuinely first class. Everything was done neatly and professionally, and he took the time to make sure we were happy with the results before he left. It’s great to come across a tradesman who’s both skilled and easy to deal with. Would happily recommend Arthur to anyone looking for reliable electrical work.

  Arthur must be the most professional electrician I have ever had to use. He is knowledgeable courteous and respectful, a truly skilled professional. Nothing was too much trouble for the task I hired him for and was more than patient in finding a solution when it came to threading the wires through the hole in the wall. You will have to go a very long way to match Arthur.

  Came out promptly by appointment and I’m really short notice. Conpleted a full electric safety check on the property. Whilst there was explaining the process, what readings and results meant which made the whole thing really stress free and easy fo someone who doesn’t understand that sort of thing. Paperwork was completed same day and is in viewable professional format. Was working the whole time, really efficient and thorough. On top of that he’s a really nice guy. Would recommend to anyone looking to get any work done from a local tradesperson.
