  unblock toilet waste pipe

  Really good communication, asked for pictures, and was able to determine what was needed to resolve issue. Unable to proceed with original fix due to lack of access to internal soil pipe, was able to offer an acceptable alternative fix to enable use of toilet. Offered a workaround for a future date to permanently resolve the issue with soil pipe. Happy to recommend, will be contacting again for the soil pipe issue and any other work.

  A simple job to remove a protruding live gas pipe. Good communication, arrived on time and got the job done quickly. Cleaned up after himself too. Would recommend

  Excellent support and service. I had a broken tap in our kitchen and needed it fixing PDQ! John responded almost immediately and could not have been more helpful. We agreed on the replacement tap unit and agreed to confirm an installation date as soon as the tap arrived. 5th Jan initial conversation 8th Jan new tap ordered 10th Jan, tap delivered, spoke to John, agreed he would instal tap on Sunday 11th 11th Jan Job done! Slight problem with the fitting of the tap (not John's fault) he took it in his stride and went and got the necessary additional bits to enable the job to be finished. Superb

  From start to finish John was excellent. Quick to to come out to view the job and a very good turn around to provide me a quote. the price for the job was very good and he was very helpful when choosing the items for the job. on the day of the work carried out John did a professional and tidy job very pleased.
