  Friendly, helpful and tidy. The part that I was given from manufacturer was incorrect so attempted to stop the dripping in the shower, to no prevail, sadly. Sent an email and invoice over the make a claim against the manufacturer. Will get them back again once we receive the correct part.

  I call their number, replied immediately and arranged an appointment the next day. He came earlier and repaired the cistern within the hour. Excellent service 👍
