10 unblock toilet waste pipe

Really good communication, asked for pictures, and was able to determine what was needed to resolve issue. Unable to proceed with original fix due to lack of access to internal soil pipe, was able to offer an acceptable alternative fix to enable use of toilet. Offered a workaround for a future date to permanently resolve the issue with soil pipe.
