  I had a bad leak spring with water flowing from the kitchen lights. Jake was very quick to arrive to check the issue and help with turning the water off as I originally couldn't find the stopcock. Jake showed me the issue and told me what had happened so that I knew what work was being done. As a first time home-owner and first emergency, couldn't have had a better experience.

  Replaced shower stand

  My shower stand broke in the morning. Put a request through check a trade and Jake arranged to come the same day. Great job done and brilliant communication, would highly recommend! Thank you!

  fantastic from start to finish. communication was brilliant he came out and explained the fault within minutes. gave a very good quote explaining costs and then came back half an hour later with the parts and swiftly completed the job. thanks very much

  Jake fitted a shower enclosure for me and although we couldn’t get a date fixed in the calendar soon as he kept in contact with me and the wait was well worth it - clean tidy and quick, very professional Definitely recommend him !!!
