Incredibly knowledgeable and reliable. Located squirrel nest in the attic and advised on options, no hard sell which is always greatly appreciated. Needed a repair to the roof before any treatment would be successful but advised on what we should do once the repair was done to make sure the squirrels didn't return. Excellent help, thank you!

Jake came as he said he would. He was akways on hand to answer any queries. He wasnt anke to catch the rat due to previous baits put down by myself but Jake gave useful information and advice even after his last visit which helped me solve the rat problem.

Jake kept me fully informed of progress and dealt with the problem professionally and efficiently to my satisfaction.
