At first I was pleased with what I could see and impressed with timing, though I later realised this was due to badly finished work. Some of the fencing was so rough it will cause waterproofing problems. The most bizarre thing was that thin pieces of wood were nailed and screwed to an existing very warped door which means it is warped and gathering water. I paid for the door to be replaced. Had there been a positive response to making it right it would not be such a problem. Any work person leaving work like this has no pride.

Service was very friendly and efficient and the work was carried out to a high standard. Everything was left neat and tidy on completion, thanks Jake & team!

Jakes team communicated clearly and helpfully prior to starting the job, explained what needed to be done and gave some pointers on how our ideas could be even better. They arrived early everyday and basically just got on with it. They were all very polite, mindful, took shoes off if they were coming inside etc. without asking. I asked for some advise on colours and shapes etc during the process of replacing the patio around the whole house and what Jake recommended turned out even better then what I imagined. Im so pleased with it all. I cant thank him and his team enough.
