From the outset, Luke Jakeman stood out for his professional and innovative approach. While other companies provided quotes that included additional costs for scaffolding, Luke instead used a drone to assess the problem. He took detailed photos of the roof and followed up with a clear and very reasonable quote, which we were happy to accept. Luke arrived as scheduled with two colleagues and carried out the repairs efficiently and without any fuss. The work was completed to a high standard, and we are extremely satisfied with the results. Just moved house and found the gutters were leaking badly in once place and in general disrepair. Having used Luke before at our old address when we had a leaking roof we went straight to him for a quote. Work began within the week and was completed in a day to a high standard.
