Luke and his team completed work on our flat roofs to a high standard, including addressing additional issues. He was able to provide a temporary repair to prevent further damage and fitted us in quickly. The team was professional, polite, and tidy. We used Jakeman Roofing last year for a flat roof replacement and were very pleased with their price, but more importantly their work. We knew that a second flat roof would also need replacing, but Luke assured us that it would get us through the winter with no problems. We contacted Luke again recently having decided not to wait any longer, and once again he came up with a fair price. The work was completed last week and once again it was an excellent job. Luke's large team works quickly and they clear up after themselves - you'd never know they'd been there! Thanks for another great job.

Jakeman's was very prompt in replying to my enquiry, came round the next day and provided a quote shortly thereafter. The work involved felting a garage roof which was starting to leak. The quote given was very fair and they came and did the work a few weeks later. Work was done quickly and professionally and all mess cleaned up when they left. Mr Jakeman checked if a quick repair would be good enough. Due to the leak through to the interior we decided to go with a full replacement. With in 24hrs we had quote and date for work to be completed. The team turned up and got straight to it. Further issues were found and repairs made. No additional costs to us. This is the 5th time we have called Mr Jakeman for different jobs. Very reliable, great job and goes the extra mile. I would highly recommend.

After discovering a leak early on Sunday morning, I used Checkatrade to find anyone local who could come out quickly. Luke responded quickly and easily arranged to check the issue within a couple of hours. His assessment was thorough and clearly explained, and we agreed he would carry the remedial works when the weather allowed. The work was done before end of week and I was satisfied it was good value for money. I appreciate the clear and detailed description of work on invoice.
