  Highly recommend Jake and Scott

  I requested a quote from Jake who contacted me and arrived on time. His quote was very competitive and I was very impressed with his knowledge. On the day the work was carried out Jake and Scott worked safely, professionally and efficiently on the 10 trees in my garden. Before they left Jake went through everything to make sure I was happy with the work they had done. The next time I need any tree work doing I will definitely be contacting Jake again.

  Trimming an overgrown tree

  We had a silver birch that needed its height reducing (as well as a general trim). Jack Eville Tree Care were in keeping with the standard fee for the job required; what set them apart was the forewarning we were given of what trimming a birch back might look like and that we should not to be concerned. The two gentlemen who came to trim the tree were friendly, polite and accommodating to our requests, as well as being courteous to residents regarding their equipment occupying road space. The job took less than an hour and they cleaned up afterwards.

  Felling a big conifer tree, cleaning and planting 10 meter hedges

  Jack & Emily are great communicators. Emily responds promptly and clearly. Jack did a great job felling the tee. They also planted our hedges. We weren’t sure what to do with the them. They helped us to make a decision and so far so good - the mixed hedges of beech and hawthorn are still standing! Job well done.

  Removal of a large conifer and laurel hedge

  From the initial quote to the work carried out, excellent service. The guys that did the work were friendly, courteous and efficient. The work was done carefully and in a timely manner. Everything was tidied afterwards. I would definitely recommend Jake and his team to anyone who needs similar work doing.

  Extensive roadside tree works - Pruning ancient trees at height, felling old diseased trees etc.

  My land contains numerous ancient Beech Trees, which had been neglected for many years up until I purchased the land. Approximately 45 of these trees had grown to such an extent that they overhung the main road and presented obvious danger to road users. I contacted Jake Eville seeking assistance. Jake himself made an assessment site visit, submitted his quotation and works began all within a matter of days. Attention to Detail , site safety and courtesy to road users by Jake and is Team in all aspects of the works was incredible with all works completed in a matter of three very cold days
