  Late arrival but work completed quickly and efficiently

  Sadly they arrived half an hour later than their specified arrival time and needed some help to locate us. Leak identified quickly and repair carried out quickly with the minimum of disruption. We considered the price to be reasonable and somewhat less than other quotes we had received. They left ensuring that the area was left clean and tidy.
