  Would wholeheartedly recommend JAH Building & Developments to friends & family. Jonny was very helpful from our first planning meeting, re-quotes as we fundamentally changed the project. He was always approachable, friendly and clear about the scope and cost of the work. The work was completed on time, on budget and to an excellent finish Thank you so much for all the work!

  Excellent Service by JAH Developments

  Jonny and his team recently carried out a full open-plan kitchen/dining room renovation and new downstairs toilet at my property. I am over the moon with how it has turned out and couldn’t have asked for a better service. The lads were extremely hard working, have a plethora of skills, and are very friendly to be around. On the customer side Jonny was excellent at communicating, making suggestions/ideas to improve the design. He was very honest with extras which allowed me to budget. I couldn’t have asked for a better service, I would recommend these lads to anyone for all scale projects.

  Kitchen Extension

  Jonny and his team were fantastic throughout our extension build, from digging foundations by hand to installing substantial steelwork, nothing was a bother and every challenge came with a clever solution. We are over the moon with our extension, the excellent quality to which it’s finished and the friendly, professional service that Jonny and his team provided - highly recommend.

  Living room and kitchen knock through, fit new kitchen

  Jonny and his Team did an outstanding job making our living room and kitchen into one and fitting a new kitchen. From the initial planning through to completion JAH were very professional, always putting the customer first and communicating through all stages of the process. All the Team were very friendly and highly skilled in their roles. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend JAH as a Company you can trust and be assured of an excellent job at a very fair cost.

  Top quality work and fair price

  Needed a removal of a surrounding of an electric fireplace and the filling of the hole behind it, Jonny and team came in at short notice and sorted it at a really fair price and even cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely give them a heads up for the next job and would recommend for others.

  Kitchen renovation and under-stairs loo

  Jonny and his team carried out a kitchen renovation (knocking two rooms into an open-plan kitchen, installing steel beams, veluxes, bifold back doors, redoing our floor joists, plastering, putting in the new kitchen, along with new plumbing and electrics). They also converted an understair cupboard into a downstairs loo. Jonny and his team were professional and friendly, and a pleasure to have in our home! The work was carried out to an exceptional standard and they kept the house as tidy as possible - a real perk when you live in it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
