As a landlord, I now always use Jag Services to investigate and fix damp issues in my properties. I found Vasile to be a professional, reliable and trustworthy person. He has years of experience in damp proofing and quickly diagnoses the root cause of the problem. In my properties on a number of occasions he implemented damp proofing (he actually does it properly, how it should be done). He's customer focused, goes the extra mile, on the last job he repaired a gutter free of charge. They say the best advertising is word of mouth. I have recommended him to others who have used his services.

I was recommended the services of Jag Interiors Ltd by the estate agent who sold my flat as the place I wanted to buy had damp in 3 areas. Vasile of Jag Interiors visited the flat, assessed the problem and gave me a detailed analysis of the damp. He explained very clearly the best way to treat it. He also gave me a very fair quote for the job. He completed the work with great skill and efficiency in the agreed time frame. Vasile is a very pleasant person who treated me and my home with great respect. He was very punctual too. I was delighted by his work. I wholehearted recommend him.

I am so pleased with the damp proof work carried out at my home. The quality of the work was excellent, and Vassile was really friendly and helpful throughout the process. He left my home clean and tidy every night. The price was reasonable and Vassile also helped with a few other items at my property. Vasili was very thorough at his work. He had to strip and replaced plasterboards after injecting a damp proof course in my front and back bedrooms. He moved and covered my beds to be dust free and to get access as I was away. He also had to remove a heating unit near the wall so that he could work on the wall. He has to replace plasterboards destroyed by rising damp. Great communication in explaining and sending progress pictures nearly every day. Once the damp proofing was done, he replaced new sockets (rusted due to damp) and replastered to a great finish. Very satisfied customer!
