James gutted our old bathroom and did a complete remodel and fit. He was thorough, extremely tidy, considerate and consulted us on every detail in advance. We are thrilled with the end product and would absolutely use him again / recommend to anyone doing a refurb. No ask was too much and we love the outcome! So great to finally have our bathroom done.

Two en suite renovations

The best of the best. We were SO HAPPY with our bathrooms that James and Guy renovated. After seeing my neighbours en suite they did I had no hesitation about Jae Installations doing ours. They were amazing, the politest pair, turned up early every day and worked solidly, the finish is the highest quality and they consulted me on every single option and choice so I felt like everything was exactly how I had planned. So happy I have recommended to other friends and we are now getting our family bathroom done by James next month too.

James and Guy were polite and listened to our plans offering their own take on what would work and may not work as well. They promised an outline of what their work would comprise of and they delivered.
The work was down to an extremely high finish and is immaculate to the last detail.
James and Guy are tidy and efficient workers.
A special mention to their electrician Mark who fitted light fixtures and an extraction system for us.

Complete bathroom re-fit

James and his team did an excellent job. My bathroom has a very awkward layout and I wanted to reconfigure things to make it more convenient. So not the easiest job but James handled it with ease and to a high standard. He was polite, tidy and clear. All in all a very good experience and I love my new bathroom! Would recommend.
