Simon Jackson himself did the replacement and he was professional, polite, thorough and efficient. His colleague who came to do the viewing and quote was polite and delightful, this is what sold us on using Jackson glass. Even though they were the more expensive choice out of the three quotes we had, we chose them due to their customer service and attention to detail. This means everything in today’s society where alot of people are no longer warm, friendly, are rude and sometimes seem downright disconnected. This was a unique selling point. Following an incident with my kitchen window Jackson Glass offered to temporarily seal the hole free of charge and came out to quote promptly for the replacement. This was done very quickly and efficiently and at a very good rate. They then fixed some hinges on another window. It was a pleasure to deal with this friendly company.
