Fantastic advice at a time of need

They took time out of the busy schedule, to reassure us about our boiler issue which left us with no heating or hot water . After several heating engineers failed to turn up or seemed disinterested or out of there depth with the issue . They advised us on possible solutions. One of which was to go-to GlowWorm direct which was what we decided to do. Issue was fixed within 24hrs. If it wasn't for there advice , professionalism ,dedication to there trade and customer service . I would no doubt still have an issue. I'd like to thank them again. And would highly recommend them.

Replacement of shower pump

Shower pump developed a leak which meant showers and baths were unusable. Posted the job next morning, Chris responded within minutes and was round to price the job in a couple of hours. He said if I ordered the replacement pump, could fit it within two days. Jack turned up at the time agreed, pump fitted. No fuss and everywhere left tidy. Would recommend and will definitely use again.
