We are very pleased with the work Jack and his colleague Tony completed for us, and would not hesitate to contact Jack again for any future plumbing work needed. We had two old style radiators replaced with new ones, and one radiator removed. Jack was super helpful and friendly, right from when we first contacted him and he calculated BTUs needed and suggested which type of radiator would suit what we were looking for design-wise too. It was easy to get in touch with him and he promptly followed up to remedy an issue that was no fault of his own.

Original Kitchen in house when first bought was in reasonable condition but we wanted to add some refinements to it with new worktops and new appliances whilst keeping our original cupboards. With the great work Jack did on our upstairs bathroom, we decided to go with him again for our kitchen and he did a fantastic job throughout the whole journey, through providing advice on appliances and worktops through to the fitting of the appliances and worktops.

Jack did a fantastic job whilst troubleshooting and fixing our water temperature and water pressure issues through his fixing and movement of our shower pump to under our bath tub. Jack was really prompt in coming out to assist and was a really amicable and friendly guy whilst providing good explains of the job at hand and what would happen next.

Fantastic job on a really tricky task. Would recommend to anyone.

Jack worked quick and to a good standard. He exceeded my expectations in the lengths taken to diagnose the problem, source spares and fix the loo. 10/10 would recommend!
