Jen arrived this morning and his years of experience told him what was wrong before he even arrived. He was able to find the faulty internal wiring and set about making sure that it was wired correctly. He is a very friendly guy and was keeping me informed of what he was doing as he went along. He then changed the fuse in the domestic unit and switched everything on to make sure it worked and it definitely did. I could instantly see the LED panel light up and all the settings etc. If you need someone who really knows their onions. Jem's your man.

Jem was brilliant in communication. The works were all done in a day by Jem and his 2 guys. We had a slight issue with a setting on the new extract fan but Jem sorted out the guys to come back the very next day to resolve it. We would absolutely recommend Jem to anyone looking for electrical works.

Jem was friendly, knowledgeable and arrived on time to take a look at my non-functioning underfloor heating mat. Quickly found out the mat had failed. A replacement was sourced and fitted. Neat job. Nice warm feet! Quoted price was very competitive and was what was charged. Will use again. Recommend.
