Steph was very responsive and arranged a free call-out and throughout the whole process Steph kept us informed about everything. Colin came out and made a thorough inspection of the work and gave us a very detailed analysis of what was required. Colin and his team removed the existing plaster in both affected rooms and applied a chemical damp proof course and salt retardant treatment, then they applied a finishing coat of plaster. All in all a first class service from Colin and his team and at a very reasonable price, I would definitely use Colin again and thoroughly recommend him.

Such a great experience. The entire team were polite and professional. Colin took the time to explain the type of damp I had and what needed to be done. They left the place so tidy afterwards too - and I got a 20 year guarantee that it won’t come back!
