Communication was excellent job all sorted than you Ivan

Ivan proved to be thoroughly professional and efficient in not only finding the faulty electrical device (main consumer board) which was seriously compromising my heating system, but also managed to get it working due to a fuseway switch to a spare! Ivan left me in no doubt that the mcb should be replaced asap. This was duly done within 3 days. I was simply well impressed with his very expert advice and opinions and would not hesitate to contact this company again if required. It goes without saying that I would certainly highly recommend Ivan Fairless Electricals to anyone!

Ivan was punctual tidy and professional. He gave good advice and then carried out the job to a good standard. I was kept up to date thank you Moya, with what was needed for my electrical safety certificate he also fixed a bad tradesman job carried out by someone else. Will use again.

Brilliant and quick work.

Very pleased with the quick response of job alert. Spoke to Ivan explained everything, he came that afternoon to look at the lights. He explained in great detail what needed done and what possible issues may arise. Once ceiling was accessed Ivan came to update! Job was a little more complicated than first thought and came back the next morning with Leon. Again explained everything that was going to be done and kept me in the loop the whole time. Both men are a true credit to their profession, the end result is outstanding. Great communication and tidied up at the end of their work.

Was contacted by Ivan fairless within 30/40 minutes of being in touch with Checkatrade, they were at our property within about 2hrs, repair the job required and we were extremely satisfied with the service provided,would highly recommend this company,we had rang a few electricians during the week as a power cut due to the wind had damaged some of our plug sockets,and we had no joy with any coming to do the job,I would use Checkatrade again to find a trade person,many thanks
