Finding lost emails

Arrived as arranged and worked for about nearly 2 hours trying to sort out why I could not receive emails and spent time speaking to Virgin Media Technician only to decide it was a Virgin Media fault so he spent time building me another email address and showing me how to change Information. Through out all this James was very patient and helpful.

BSOD appearance - PC intermittently restarted

PC intermittently restarted without any warning. Despite dedusting an reinstalling windows I have not had any luck. Contacted IT Solutions Kent and had the PC thoroughly diagnosed. Turned out that my motherboard/processor was the issue. Had good experience and can recommend

Corrected, transferred and loaded software on new lap top

Excellent service: responded very quickly and was able to fix issue the same day as job posted. James explained what had gone wrong and showed me how it was fixed. Left instructions for transfer of software to new email address when is changes at the end of February. Can definitely recommend.

Supply and install of CCTV equipment.
