I recently had my boiler serviced and was extremely impressed with the experience. The engineers were brilliant from start to finish – they clearly knew exactly what they were doing, worked quickly and efficiently, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Their professionalism and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in the quality of their work. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a boiler check or repair.

All the heating engineers who came round were friendly and professional. They explained what they proposed to do to get two of my radiators working again after years of being stone cold and suggested an improvement to protect my boiler from damage. They were on time, quick (finished a little ahead of schedule), did not make a mess, replaced a couple of faulty parts on the rads without extra charges and billed exactly what they had quoted. Would use again.
