Istvan is one of those rare tradespeople who is professional, skilful, reliable, and personable in equal measure. He is meticulous yet efficient. I highly recommend him for any carpentry/joinery work. I contacted several tradespeople about hanging some custom wood doors. All quoted a set price per door and asked no further questions, except Istvan, who came to look at the job and took thorough measurements before quoting. Though he quoted a bit more than others, I knew I could trust him to do the job right, which he absolutely did. This is the second time we have called on Istvan to do work in our house. He is incredibly easy to communicate with, and will give ideas to solve problems too. He is very organised and efficient in the way he works. He repaired and improved our kitchen exactly as discussed, including rehanging our cabinet doors, making a bespoke panel and plinth, and repairing/sanding our countertops. 100% recommend Istvan as a smart, skilled and trustworthy carpenter.Verified reviewerJob location: OX3
