Mr Ihsanullah and his team were punctual, honest and extremely professional. You can tell he really cares about his work and even more about his customers. I was fully informed throughout the whole process of what work was being done and what the costs were. The main things you look for in a tradesman is someone who is honest, cares about his customers, and delivers on his word. Mr Ihsanullah ticks all three boxes.
