John did a fantastic job replacing a window and door. He was prompt, neat and extremely professional. John even repaired a couple of loose window parts at no extra costs. This is fhe second time I have used Isis Windows. They were very reasonably priced compared to other quotes and didn't ask for a deposit, which was reassuring. The Roseview PVC Sash windows look just like the timber box sash windows they replaced and the guys did a good job of fitting them. Our experience with Isis Windows could not have been more positive and we would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Communication was great with all staff members that we spoke to. Paul went through several design iterations with us and gave us advice and suggestions as to what would function best. John and the installation team were great - on time, friendly, clean and tidy.
