Repair UPVC Front Door Mechanism+Lock

L contacted Iain as he was recommneded by my brother and my sister who both need a locksmith recently. I spoke to Iain on the phone and he was able to discuss the problem and visit the next day to fit in with my work arrangements. Iain kept me updated by text about his arrival time. He took time to explain the issue with the door mechanism/gearbox which was the issue. Lock was upgraded too at my request. Iain had all the parts in stock on his van so there was no need to wait for him to seek parts. He even cut an extra key I needed too! Kind, helpful and professional service and would recommend

2 locks to be fixed

We have just used this company to look at 2 locks on our doors. Ian was so friendly and personable throughout his visit and managed to fix the issues with both doors. The job was slightly more complex than first thought, however, Ian explained everything and went over what he was doing and why. I would happily recommend this company to others and should we have any issues in the future we will not hesitate to call. Ian was a professional person and a tidy trades man, above all he was friendly and knowledgeable.
