From the survey and quote to the installation and handover to me the team were very professional, prompt and polite at all times. They cleared away all of the mess that happens when this sort of work is done and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Had a few quotes and some were quite scary. I ended up going with Key Solutions Europe Limited because i felt i could trust them as previous quotes from others were a joke. They quoted honestly and didnt try and inflate the quote. Really happy with their service they did exactly what they said they were replacing without any hassle. Really pleased with their service.

Very user friendly company/people. Very responsive to requests. Technically strong installers and programmers. Asked to move to remote access when installed; someone was at my house 8am the next morning. Very hands on when discussing the design. Fair price / high quality work and access to well trained people. Fully recommend them.

Work completed to our satisfaction. Job had to be rescheduled because company did not have sufficiently long ladder. They obtained one and were then able to complete.
