  Reliable, Skilled and Highly Professional Service

  We recently hired Dean from Irvine Plastering & Property Maintenance after poor workmanship from another company caused our plaster to fail. From the start, Dean gave us total confidence with his experience, knowledge and professionalism. He and his team completed the plastering and painting to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. They kept our home clean and tidy throughout, which really stood out to us. We’re extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend them. We’ll definitely be using Dean again for future work.

  Top plasterer !

  Dean came and offered a very competitive quote to carry out the plastering of my living room. One of the reasons why I decided to go with him was due to the feeling of assurance I got when he came around to have a look. He was very polite and considerate and always left the house immaculately when he finished I couldn’t recommend him any more Great guy and great work !!

  Great & Attentive

  Dean was great, came out just before Christmas, and was friendly, honest & prompt. Helped to resolve some small issues in our new house & even helped us out with a bit of heavy furniture. Great communication, and takes great pride in his work. We were happy with the results, and happy to book him again.

  Brilliant job, with great input given

  Dean came round to plaster my living room and hallway and what a great job! Clean, tidy and it looks like a new build after it was all completed. Even gave us some advice on the colours to go for once it was completed and came back a week after the plastering to decorate! Would highly recommend!

  We used Irvine Plastering to plaster our dining room walls and ceilings. Recommend them highly..they came when they said they would. Worked to the highest standard and was exceptionally clean and tidy.Would 100% use this company again and would highly recommend them.

  Reliable, quick and excellent service

  Dean was fantastic at plastering my house. I recently moved into a house in St Albans which needed all new plastering upstairs. Dean came and did a free quote and then came the week after to re-plaster my 4 bedrooms. Done a brilliant job and I’ve hired him again to plaster my ongoing extension.
