    AJ has literally been our knight in shining armour We needed retrospective permission for building work we didn’t realise we had to get permission from Medway Council for 3 years ago & the house was waiting to be sold until we got this AJ is beyond professional, he is kind & lead us through step by step He & his team worked hard to get the calculations done for us quickly And now we can move ahead with the sale now we have the permission Would recommend AJ & his company to anyone.
