Our project has been progressing really well, and we’re very pleased with how things are coming together. Ian has been fantastic at coordinating the different specialists and contractors involved, keeping everything organised and running smoothly. Communication is always clear, and any challenges are dealt with quickly and efficiently. It’s been reassuring to see how well he and his team manages each stage of the build, ensuring quality and progress throughout. We’re looking forward to seeing the final result and have full confidence it will be amazing.

Ian has worked on our project since June. He and his team are helpful and friendly and very polite, to us and to our neighbours. Had no complaints. Not everything has gone to plan but Ian always comes up with a solution. A long way off completing but we have every trust that things will be perfect. Will keep updating through the rest of the project.

Really pleased with the work from Precision Building. Ian and his team fitted a new loft hatch quickly and professionally, with minimal disruption. The finish is clean and tidy, and they left everything spotless. It’s made getting into the loft so much easier! They were friendly, arrived on time, and clearly take pride in their work. I would highly recommend.

From the first meeting to completion we were always kept well informed as work progressed. They were always punctual, polite, clean and tidy workers. We are very happy with the end result and would highly recommend them to anyone considering having any building work done.

The main work is now complete and wow, we continue to be impressed. The space itself is perfect and attention to detail is great. There were a few snags out of the teams control (noisy outside vents) but they quickly came to fix or find a solution. Clearing the site continued at the high standard we've come to expect, lifting all the protective covers and then cleaning the flat roof/patio underneath them. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ian and his team.
