I had a an issue with radiator. Marek had fixed it despite the fact that the nuts and bolts/valves are "historic". He explain the options at the beginning and started to work. in the end he managed to save the rubes and fixed the thermostatic valve. He still flushed the radiator and put it all back. He advised also checked the air-went up in loft. He advised on the temperature of the set on boiler and also the benefit of automated air-went - which we may do in Jan after his holidays... Mark was approachable, able to asses the situation prior coming in from the pictures and very communicative.

Marek was astounding from start to finish. Clear and consice, giving helpful advice, solving the problem, and arranging the purchase of equipment. He managed to overcome all the obstacles on the day and did the work at a very generous price. Highnly recommended. Thanks, Marek, I will use you again in the future.

We called iPlumb after water started leaking from our upstairs bathroom through the ceiling. They came out within 90 minutes, identified the issue and fitted a new bathroom tap, fixing our problem. Throughout, iPlumb were courteous and professional. They completed the work in a single visit and at very reasonable cost. Highly recommended to anyone with an emergency plumbing need.

I called Marek in a panic with a suspected leak in my kitchen. He was able to come by the same day and investigate. After a rummage behind baseboards, it turned out to be moisture from the building and not a leak as feared. Marek was lovely, helpful and professional in the whole endeavour and I would recommend him to anyone!
