Engineer arrived at time agreed. Had the necessary part with him so job completed at first visit. Checked system to make sure no other issues. Price was as agreed. Very pleased and would use again.

After reviewing the job he went out to purchase fittings and came straight back, completing the job within the hour. Clearly knows his trade and proposed multiple possible solutions to our problem. Despite coming out at short notice, he didn't overcharge and the work was done to a high level of quality. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, and I will be using him for all my future plumbing work.
