Ismail was really friendly and responded quickly to messages. The price he quoted to clean both our hallway and bedroom carpets was really reasonable! We noticed that his initial clean revealed some further stains and when we messaged him about this he offered to come by on another day and sort it for us which he did manage to. Really great service and would recommend. Included one before and a few after photos.

Ishmail cleaned the carpets in four rooms and two flights of stairs in an old house I was buying. Very punctual, kept to his (excellent) price and did a great job. Will definitely use IPG Services again for carpet or sofa cleaning in the future.

Totally amazing throughout. Discussed & booked job. Simple charging & finalised quote upon arrival - worked super quickly and hard with his specialised equipment. Carpets made a full recovery. Realise we need a proper carpet clean regularly from him. Delighted
