  Carried out repair works on flue for boiler

  Really please with using IPC plumbing. Ian was extremely helpful from first contact. He came round promptly and reviewed the problem we had with the flue. He was extremely knowledgeable about the regs regarding how and what needed to be done, and saved me a considerable amount of money when compared to what one of the large suppliers quoted.

  Stud walling of a doorway and installation of a new radiator in it's place

  Ian completed the work to a very high standard, arriving when he said he would, and completing the work after two visits. The price was as he had quoted beforehand. This is the second occasion we have employed him since the begining of the year and are very impressed with his work quality and professionalism. Thank you again Ian.

  Repair and Service of Boiler

  Ian came out to fix my boiler after it stopped working during the recent cold snap. He was able to identify the problem and fix it quickly and efficiently as well as giving the boiler a much needed service. I was very happy with the work carried out by Ian and would definitely use him again for future work.

  Unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour

  Contacted IPC for a quote, Ian came out and went through my house and took measurements and told me he will send a quote back within the day. I waited for 2 days and I didn’t hear, I called his number several times, he wouldn’t pick up, I called a landline number on the card he left me and a woman picked up and took my details saying he will call me back later that day. It is more than a week now and I have not heard back. It was a waste of my time and effort bothering to contact this company. Their behaviour is unacceptable and unprofessional.
