Joseph responded quickly to our enquiry and was very prompt with his quote. He helped us maximise our budget and made welcome suggestions as to how to achieve the very modern look we were hoping to get for our porceline patio / steps project. He was flexible when it came to design alterations and acomodated many last minute changes with good humour. Any changes in price were agreed before the extra work was undertaken. We are delighted with the work and the finishing. The patio and steps look amazing and we are trying to get him back for another project. After my initial phone call, Joseph quoted straight away and completed the driveway very soon afterwards. I was so pleased with it that I asked him to also lay a patio in my garden. He fully respected my requirements and has completed the work to a high standard.
