Rob was brilliant! Even though this was a relatively small job, he came to look at it WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, he QUOTED PROMPTLY for the work, and finally carried out the work QUICKLY & EFFECTIVELY, arriving exactly WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. Rob kept in touch throughout, and even after he completed the work, he checked in to see that all had gone well with our new cooker installation. A nice touch! Thanks Rob - highly recommended!!

Rob responded straightaway to my initiall call and after quoting for the job Rob arrived on arranged date and time and carried out a number of light fittings both indoors and in the shed. Rob also came back over the New Year period to carry out a small job that needed doing Rob was very polite and helpful and I am very happy with the work and will definitely contact Rob with any further electrical work in the future.

Rob agreed the job date beforehand, sent a confirmation message the previous day and arrived bang on time on the day. He was so friendly, professional and did the job beautifully. His apprentice Thomas was also very helpful, polite and professional. They did the job perfectly, and overcame a difficult issue with a light really well. I would definitely recommend Rob and would really happily use his company again. I was so impressed.

I had an issue with the power in my kitchen and I called a few electricians to get someone in asap. When I spoke to Rob from ION he was the only one who tried to help me giving me instructions on the phone to test the system, and I was able to identify the problem and resolve it with his help. I cannot be more grateful for the help I received which saved me so much money, time and stress. I really appreciated the honesty (others would have just come in for the visit and charged for it). I will definitely use it again!
