Thoroughly reviewed the works , provided alternative quotes and find time to discuss the options. Attended site to carry out the works on time as agreed. Struggled to get trades to respond, decided on this company and they did everything that was requested with no fuss, issues or delay. They just focused on the job and completed the step build and tiling as required.

We have a porter cabin that was starting to sink into the ground. Ioan made light work of re-seating its legs on pads and making sure it was level. He was quick and efficient with the task and we are happy with the result. Can recommend.

Ioan was quick to come back to me with a date and price for the work. I was in a rush and the price seemed fair. The task was slightly tricky, to re-seat a porta cabin onto fresh pads and re-level it. Despite that, Ioan tackled it quickly and got the the job done to a good level. We had a number of jobs including removing a catflap, repairing the front door and fitting an invisible shelf. He did all the jobs with quiet efficiency and let us know exactly what he was doing first. He was polite, helpful and clearly knew what he was doing.
