  John was very thorough and professional. His time keeping was excellent and always happy to discuss the work and how it was to be carried out. The finished product has sympathetically enhanced my home . He always tidied up and left the job neat and tidy each day. Would not hesitate for one moment to hire again. Thanks for your help.

  John was recommended to me as a decorator but has done much more than that, and to an excellent level - Wallpapering, painting, fitting a new shower, hanging doors and exterior rendering. Always on time and very careful in his work. I was very grateful to have him for a few weeks

  An excellent experience from start to finish. After making our enquiry about boarding our loft, Ioan Silviu Ghiurutan (John) was prompt to come out & assess the job, offer solutions of how best to utilise the space (awkward loft-lots of beams/pipes) & complete the work to an excellent standard. John has been truly brilliant both in terms of workmanship, tidiness, attention to detail & advice. His high level of expertise was apparent from the start & continued to show when completing all the additional jobs we got him back for. His tiling is exceptional & we wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

  A top-notch professional with a wealth of knowledge & experience, reliable & time efficient is how to describe Ioan Ghiurutan ‘John’. From tiling, general repairs, plastering, painting, flooring, garden path, woodwork repairs, guttering, door hanging – John did an excellent job around our home and garden. Nothing was too much trouble. John completed the work efficiently & left the house/garden area tidy each day. We appreciated his professionalism & expertise.   Building work, brick laying, paving

  John was part of the team that recently undertook a complete rebuild of our late 1800’s house. This included loft conversion, side return and reconfiguration of the house. John also laid paving slabs and rebuilt walls which were badly in need of repair. John was extremely easy to work with, hard working, enthusiastic about the job and provides excellent quality work. I wish him the best now he has branched out to work individually and would recommend him highly.
