  Roof replacement, detached Victorian house

  Easy to communicate with, and provided a clear quotation with costs listed. This was a big roof but they got the work done to a high standard and without fuss. Work was a little rushed on their completion day, but they were back within a week to correct a couple of issues I had raised, which was much appreciated and the team showed a great attitude throughout. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

  From Steve arriving to quote I was confident I had chosen the right people for the job. Great communication from David keeping me updated. Steve is a perfectionist and despite the job being a little more awkward then I feel was anticipated, at no point did this become an issue. When we spotted issues with the glass there were no awkward conversations or negotiations, new glass was ordered on the day without question. I feel this company has the perfect balance of being big enough to cope with any job but small enough to care about what they are doing and who they are doing it for.

  Skylight & EPDM & Dry Ridge

  We had a skylight installed and EPDM roofing (replacing the old felt) on a mansard flat roof — quite a technically tricky job, but Invictus (Steven & Crewe) handled it brilliantly. Nadeem gave me a very reasonable quote and was great at answering all my questions, always quick to respond to emails. Steven and the team were fantastic — they went over and above at every stage. Always kept me in the loop with texts, turned up when they said they would, and were polite, professional, and really respectful. Steven is a perfectionist, and it shows in the quality of the work.

  Gutter clean

  Good communication throughout, by phone and email. The guy who came to do the quote seemed very professional and thorough, and the gutter cleaners themselves were punctual, polite and competent. They actually went up a ladder rather than working from ground-level - obviously riskier from a H&S perspective, but I think it allows them to do a better job. They showed me photos of my cleaned gutters afterwards. Invictus may not be the cheapest around, but I'm happy with the work they did.
