  Door fitting

  Highly recommend Richard @ Inventive Carpentry. He sourced and fitted some doors for us and the quality of his work is first rate. Richard listened to our requirements and the result is exactly what we wanted. Couldn't be happier! He even came back for an extra half day to finish off as there was something he wasn't 100% happy with. Richard is also a great guy and an absolute pleasure to have around the flat.

  Bespoke cupboard and wall dry lining

  Richard was able to create a neat and functional storage solution for an incredibly awkward space (eaves) He was punctual, knowledgeable and gave really good advice and suggestions to help navigate this awkward space. He was tidy overall and I'm really pleased with the outcome.

  Bespoke shaker wardrobe

  Richard did an amazing job creating a beautiful bespoke shaker wardrobe in our daughter’s bedroom. His attention to detail and communication were great and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him / use him for further carpentry work. Thanks again Richard.

  Fitted alcove units

  I cannot recommend Richard highly enough after he installed two fitted alcove units and shelves in our living room. In the lead up to the project he had great communication and was collaborative, offering advice and guidance. During the job he was tidy, quiet and considerate. The finished job is faultless and we are really happy with the result!

  Handrail and panelling fitted to stairs.

  Richard fitted a new handrail and panelling to my stairs. He was courteous and friendly at all times. He is a quiet worker and very undemanding. He cleared up well after himself. His work is of an excellent standard. He consulted me at different stages and was meticulous about the quality of his work! I can highly recommend him!
