A quick response to my request and site visit made within a few days. I asked that the original system was re used if possible and remained simple (advancing years). Alan and colleague managed to fit us in prior to Xmas and work completed within a couple of hours, a full description of new components necessary made and and no attempt at upselling. Our new alarm installation was completed today by two very professional and competent young engineers who made an excellent job of the new installation and went to great pains to ensure that my wife and I were fully informed of how to use the new system set up in order to gain all of its benefits. Friendly & efficient service provided by Invader in fitting our security alarm. Went extra mile & returned same day to provide enhanced facility we requested following main fitting. Clean & tidy, removing footwear to preserve our light coloured carpet. Highly recommended.
