  Mastic & Grout Repair

  They turned up on time, did exactly the job they had agreed to do for exactly the money they said they would charge. The quality of the job was good, careful and addressed some unseen issues (poor sealing behind the original mastic which was repaired then masticed). Overall, the job was done well and we have had absolutely no issues. Pricing was fair. Would use again.

  Bathroom tiling (and a some fitting)

  We could not be happier with the hard work of the team from Intra Urban - they were incredibly diligent and dedicated to completing all the work required to an excellent standard and were adaptable to unforeseen issues that arose during the project. Special thanks to Manuel, and his team and to Naseem for coordinating everything to efficiently. The finished bathroom is absolutely lovely and we would definitely hire Intra Urban again for future work.

  I was very impressed with Intra Urban Property Maintenance Ltd - from start to finish on the project, they worked closely with me to design the best bathroom for me and were very accommodating when the design needed adjusting to fit my accessibility requirements. Their team were very skilled, tidy and considerate. I highly recommend them.

  Garage conversion

  IntraUrban did a fantastic conversion of our garage into a bedroom and en suite shower room. We can't believe we've finally got this additional space. The guys were professional, timely, tidy and courteous. I'd be delighted to recommend them to my friends.

  Bathroom replacement.

  The work was undertaken promptly and to a good standard. Supervisors made several attendances to ensure they fully understood what was required before the start of the work and to monitor the project during the installation. They checked I was fully satisfied at the end. The tradesmen were very polite and tidy. They cleaned the apartment at the end of each day. They caused no damage and caused no mess in the communal areas. They worked quietly so I was able to work from home when necessary. I would recommend this company.
