  I arranged for an annual service on my Viessmann boiler with this company. I was told they knew Viessmann boilers before I booked the service. When the engineer arrived I asked him if he had worked on Veismann boilers he informed me that he hadn’t worked on one before. The service was rushed, finished in under 30 minutes, and key checks like burner cleaning weren’t done. Disappointing and unprofessional.

  We apologise that you don’t feel you got what you was after . we offer a service and a full strip down service, which is done every 5 years. With out the gc number we wouldn’t be able to do this as we would need new boiler seals.
