  A skilled man responded to my request in a timely and friendly manner, and I was really relieved when they came to apply his skills and experience in the bathroom, where a sink pipe had come loose. The floor will no longer be covered in water! Additionally, he promptly adjusted the cistern's handle, which was at an inconvenient angle, and fixed the loose tap. For me, "No Rogue Traders Here" into plumbing was a breath of fresh air, and the company and office staff were delighted to assist me with any questions I had.

  Second time we've used Into Plumbing and heating the first reason is that they were very good last time, why ? Because they listened and understood exactly what we were asking and followed instructions to the letter which was vital for us and our vulnerable relative in Chelmsford First visit was for a leak coming through the ceiling , this second visit was a heating issues and again Into were brilliant. Clear consice communication open and honest about their rates, customer service excellent Summary...100% consistency and peace of mind for us. Thanks once again.

  New Vaillant boiler installed after my very old one broke down. Absolutely excellent service. Quickly sent an engineer to check safety of the old boiler. Admin staff were really helpful and made an effort to get the installation done quickly. Competitive price. Thoroughly professional work, didn't even leave any mess for us to clear up. I would happily recommend them.
