  An excellent firm. Plumber turned up very promptly. Very polite and professional. All work required explained and quotes very competitive. All in all a very happy experience and will definitely be using INTO plumbing and heating in the future if work required in our new house.

  This company had a good rate for a boiler service and gas certificate. I booked and sent details of when available. Spoke with the boss and all was set. On the day they didn't arrive, so was naturally miffed, but on contacting them they answered quickly and this is where the measure of company happens; issue resolved there and then, no finger pointing, just dealt with. The boss himself arrived next day. Also gave me some PTFE tape for my plumbing job :) [Then found some in the cupboard!] When things go astray it's how it is sorted that is important, and this company exceeded in that area.

  My heating stopped working an had few people out who claim to be heating enginner saying from I need a new boiler to a power flush Darren turned up and within the 2 hours he ended up being here had our heating working explaining what the was doing as he did it. I felt Confident in what he was doing. And I got results . I have now had one of his men replace my boiler power flush my system a few months after because it was old Not because it was the issue. Into plumbing and Heating experts in their field

  Had a leak from boiler, called into plumbing and had an engineer out 4 hours later identified problem gave me a quote within hours and turned up 24 hours later to repair Heating hot water working Thanks you so much

  A Company You Can Rely On

  Used them for plumbing a few times but now they do Eletrics have had quite a few electrical problems and didn’t know where to go as Darren has always been so helpful thank god I did as now into have electrical I know I have a company I can count on for everything needing any works doing such as plumbing and electrics.Its very hard to trust workmen these days but I into are definitely trustworthy I will have them back for future works knowing every job will be done to a high standard.Thank you again Darren and the into team.
