Zak was absolutely brilliant. He came out quickly, was very good at what he does - he identified the issue straight away. He also navigated a very difficult access problem (due to a problematic integrated fit) very well. He took time to do the job well and was excellent value for money. Zakarya came out on Christmas Eve for an emergency fix on our oven. He was really helpful, and despite a complication made sure that our oven was back in action in time for Christmas dinner. Zac fixed my oven, he is friendly, quick to respond and come out and I would recommend him to anyone - he was not fazed at all by what needed done, and efficiently fixed my oven.
