  Gavin was efficient and patient - we took some time to make up our minds! He always replied swiftly to emails and kept the work site clean and safe. All rubble was removed and the job was completed within the agreed time frame. We would definitely recommend them.

  Removal of a fireplace

  I highly recommend this company. Gavin and Adam did an excellent job for us, removing a 1960s fireplace and hearth, blocking up the chimney, fitting an external vent and making good the wall area ready for decorating. They completed the job in one day, leaving the room clean and clear of debris. I would not hesitate in contacting Gavin again to do any other work for us in the future.

  Structural building work and reforming a Garage.

  I cannot recommend Gavin and his team enough. Gavin goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction, professional, polite and on budget. Gavin was an integral part of our vision for the renovations, his knowledge, advise and design ideas have left us with a beautiful result. From structural changes, RSJ fitted, new window, utility formed in half my garage including building walls, plumbing, electrics, plastering, floor preparation you name it Gavin organised it all with his professional contacts, his project management was seamless.   I cannot thank Gavin and the entire Internal Alterations team enough for the incredible work they conducted, transforming the ground floor of our recently purchased, very dated property into the contemporary, wonderful home it is now. The entire team were respectful, professional and friendly throughout the project. Their work is excellent and we plan on having them back for the first floor work! No request we made was a problem and our moving things around was not an issue for the team. Will be happy to recommend to any potential client! Thanks so much for your great work!

  Supporting internal wall removal & steels install

  Gavin and his team are excellent. We would highly recommend to anyone who requires structural alterations. We had a supporting wall removed and Gavin managed the whole process for us. Which as we were having this done as part of a larger project enabled us to focus on other tasks and took alot of our minds knowing Gavin had his take in hand. We would highly recommend Gavin, nearly 12 months after the project we are still very happy with the works completed.
